Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Thrylo collects from visitors to this website and early access applicants, how we use it, and your rights under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR. Thrylo is a pre-launch product. We do not yet operate a live SaaS platform — this policy covers the waitlist and outreach activities only.
1. Who we are
Thrylo is the data controller for all personal data collected through this website. For data enquiries, contact us at: privacy@thrylo.io.
2. What data we collect
When you submit the early access form, we collect:
Full name — to address you personally in follow-up communications.
Agency name — to understand the nature of your business and assess fit.
Work email address — our primary channel for early access communications.
Creator roster size — to prioritise onboarding based on agency scale.
Current approval workflow (optional) — to understand your current tooling and improve Thrylo's product fit.
We do not collect payment data, identity documents, or any special category data at this stage.
3. How we use your data
To assess and process your early access application.
To contact you about your application status and onboarding timeline.
To send product updates directly relevant to your waitlist position. You can opt out at any time.
To improve product-market fit based on aggregated, anonymised insights about applicant profiles.
We will not use your data for profiling, automated decision-making, or any purpose unrelated to your Thrylo application.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your data under Article 6(1)(b) UK/EU GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract — and Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in developing and improving Thrylo for the creator agency market. Where we send product update emails, we rely on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.
5. Data retention
We retain waitlist data for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes sooner. If you are onboarded to the platform, a separate data retention policy will apply to your account data.
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We may share it with the following third-party processors under appropriate data processing agreements:
Email delivery provider (e.g. Resend, Postmark) — to send application confirmations and updates
Google Calendar (Google LLC, USA) — used to facilitate demo call bookings on this website. When you click "Book a demo call", the Google Calendar scheduling widget loads directly from Google's servers. Google may set functional and analytics cookies on your device and will process your name, email address, and meeting preferences in order to schedule and manage your booking. This processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. Data may be transferred to the United States under standard contractual clauses. Thrylo does not receive or store any payment data via Google Calendar.
Booking/scheduling tool (e.g. Google Calendar) — if you choose to book a demo call. Subject to that provider's own privacy policy.
Cloud infrastructure — for secure storage of application data. All data is stored within the UK or EEA.
7. Your rights
Under UK/EU GDPR you have the right to:
Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
Erasure — ask us to delete your data. We will comply unless a legal obligation requires us to retain it.
Restriction — ask us to pause processing while a dispute is resolved.
Portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
Withdraw consent — opt out of communications at any time by emailing us or clicking unsubscribe.
To exercise any right, email privacy@thrylo.io. We will respond within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
8. Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. However, when you interact with the Book a demo call button, the Google Calendar scheduling widget loads from Google's servers and may set the following cookies on your device:
Functional cookies — to remember your timezone and scheduling preferences during the booking session.
Analytics cookies — Google may use analytics to measure usage of their scheduling service. These are set by Google, not by Thrylo.
Google's cookies are only set when you initiate the booking widget. For full details see Google's Privacy Policy. If this website's own cookie usage changes, this policy will be updated and you will be notified.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Thrylo develops. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist applicants by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
